Electroclash band Le Tigre may no longer be together, but this candid, behind the scenes documentary gives a never before seen look at Le Tigre's final world tour. As a part of Outfest's Under the Stars film series, Le Tigre: On Tour follows band members Kathleen
Hanna, Johanna Fateman and JD Samson and celebrates the Le Tigre's ten year history of creating music that covers issues like feminism, left-wing politics, and LGBT culture.

Formed in 1998, Le Tigre combined electric beats with the politics of feminism and the riot grrl movement. Le Tigre's DJ JD Samson, now a member of the openly queer band MEN, is an LGBT activist, has been featured in the groundbreaking LGBT-inclusive film Shortbus.

Presented in collaboration with Long Beach Gay & Lesbian Center of Greater Long Beach and Rock N Roll Camp for Girls Los Angeles, this film combined with a unique outdoor screening venue is the perfect summer activity!
